Unused Development Mark, 2020

Created for a forthcoming residential development in what is sometimes called the “Triangle” district in Birmingham, outside of Detroit. This mark captured the negative space from the numerals for a subtle, abstract address mark.

A final concept was never selected on the project and the development opportunity was eventually sold and renamed.
