Unused DJ Mark, 2004

A friend and DJ asked me to create a logo for him. I came up with this groovy (sorry) mark which, while minimalist and textured, is a bit on the nose. Still, I always liked its asymmetry and off-beat character.

I keep searching for a use for it, even 18 years on.
