Thompson Industries, a subsidiary of Patrick Thompson Design (PTD), one of Detroit’s most innovative design studios. Thompson Industries crafts thoughtful and distinctive heritage design pieces – from unique apparel and accessories, to ceramics, printed goods, and more.

Using the studio’s newly revised identity, JLD and Patrick Thompson began to conceptualize new apparel and accessory designs to showcase the PTD brand. In tandem with these concepts came the inception of Thompson Industries. JLD created a suite of brand assets including a scriptmark, wordmark, and other elements such as apparel tags and a landing page.
