Centre Court

Built in 1938, The Tennis House was a private indoor tennis club, operated by the Ford family for over 80 years. In 2018, while preserving its iconic Art Deco character, The Tennis House and grounds were repurposed as a luxury residential campus called Centre Court.

We created the Center Court brand through a thoughtful integration of its character, now and then, pairing subtle but symbolic visual references with a refined design aesthetic that compliments the development.

Developed and designed at Zoyes.
