Piquette Flats is a historic automotive manufactory at 411 Piquette in Detroit’s Milwaukee Junction neighborhood. Redeveloped by The Platform, Piquette Flats represents an important preservation of Detroit’s history and a continuation of its growth and evolutions. Featuring loft apartments and contemporary amenities, along with walkable and public transit access to Detroit’s vibrant set of neighborhoods.

JLD was tasked with further evolving its existing brand and collateral as the project was nearing completion. Working together with The Platform, and residential management firm Beztak, we produced a new and authentic approach to its brand identity, activating the brand across impactful touchpoints — exterior signage and street-level advertising, leasing collateral, and more.
